Great customer service and great lab! Will not go anywhere else for glasses!!

I called to make an appointment for an eye exam, lady answered by asking if I would like to make an appointment for an eye exam. We started to talk about a time and date then she said she was busy could i call back? I have called back three times and was put on hold or was not answered and was asked to leave a message. Why would they ask if I want to make an appointment then asked to call back later to do that?

The first time I stopped by Sears optical I made a promise to myself I'd never go again. My husband and I were quietly trying glasses when the representative spun around and asked me angrily, "do you have an appointment?" I told her I did but the next day. She questioned me some more until my husband and I left, insulted. I actually went to a few other optical places until I was forced to come back because the pricing was better. This other representative that was there that day really went above and beyond. She helped me try on many different pairs, gave her honest opinion and really made my visit pleasant. I will only do business with her.

Excellent prices and staff has great customer service. I was very happy I stopped by and got my eye exam and new pair of glasses. They accept eye insurance just ask if they take yours.
