I have stayed at 2 bedroom for 2 months during my transition from Michigan to Tucson. I was quite happy with my stay. Furnitures were in good condition and unit was clean. My unit was the one at very back and it had a small private backyard which I didn't use but it is quite nice if you want to enjoy outside and grill. Location is very convenient that you have access to mall, restaurants, gyms etc. Property has automatic gate so it gives somewhat more sense of security. Property owners, Cindy and her husband , are very caring and responsive. They really try to make your stay comfortable. I would recommend this place

Cindy and Gregg have made this small gated community feel like home. So clean and well kept. It is fully furnished, there was so little that I needed as it is live in ready. I would not hesitate to stay here again if needed.

I stayed here the summer of 2018. It was an excellent experience. Cindy and Gregg ensured my stay was always pleasant. They even upgraded the apartment I was staying in, but kept the price the same. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our actions speak louder than our review words:  in 2011, we stayed 1 month; in 2012 we are staying 3 months; and we have already committed to 4 months in 2013.  The unit is always clean.  A new bed, sofa and patio set greeted us this stay (the previous ones were fine.)  The location provides easy access to our golfing and hiking trips.  We are "smoothie" people--when we mentioned that to Cindy, she ran out and bought a high-grade blender within an hour.  We are within walking distance of Tucson Mall and some great restaurants.  Last year, we had to leave two weeks early due to a family member injury back in Chicago.  Cindy and Greg were very understanding and caring.

Arriving earlier than expected, I found that the owners bent over backwards to get me situated regardless of the inconvenience to them. I found the apartment clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with items sufficient to meet my culinary needs. I was very satisfied with the unit, especially for the very reasonable rent! The owners were available if I had any need, while at the same time respecting my privacy as I went about the course of my stay. I found the location convenient for the work that needed to be done, being close to the U of A and the hospitals. The times free for tourist stuff had me within reasonable distance to the Desert Museum, along with a few other museums, hiking trails, and some very good Mexican restaurants. I will definately return if the opportunity arises! Thanks, Gregg and Cindy!
