We have been staying at the Williams Centre Condominiums in Tucson. Arizona for more years than we can remember and for the last several years Jason Mayer of Suntree Corporate Housing has been our go to real estate agent. He is always quick to respond if we ever need his help and checks in frequently to see if we need anything. He is professional and personable and so easy to work with. We cant imagine working with anyone else.

Excellent host! The very best. First class communication throughout my stay (1 month) and very accommodating when I had to extend my stay by 2 days. Highly recommended and will use again without a doubt. Dont bother using any other company when visiting Tucson!!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Jason from Suntree Housing in Tucson. Due to storm damage, i was displaced from my home for an unknown amount of time and within minutes of inquiring, i received a friendly response and within the day had a place to stay. Due to construction delays, i ended up extending 2 or 3 times. Jason was always quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. If i'm ever in this situation again or if I just want a Staycation, he will be the 1st person I reach out to. Excellent experience in a very stressful 3 month period for me. I cannot say Thank you enough!

I moved to Tucson in May 2022 and needed a centrally located place that was also furnished. I found Suntree Corporate Housing online and instead of staying in their condo for a couple of months as I had planned, I ended up staying for a full year!
Customer service: Jason Mayer was responsive, attentive, kind, and made sure my stay was comfortable. A couple of details that arised (minor things like the TV not working) were addressed fast, even on weekends or late nights. Whenever they had to go in to the apartment to fix something Jason even left a little gift for me which was completely unnecesary but much appreciated.
The condo: I rented the one-bedroom apartment. It had everything I needed and more, from linens, comfortable bed, 2 TV's, dinnerware, washer, dryer, rugs, and even some decorative elements. Everything worked perfectly and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot summer months and was warm during the winer. The covered parking was also very helpful during the summer and the snowy days in winter.
The apartment complex: The gym and pool are very close to the apartment I rented and was always in great condition. It was never too crowded which I also loved. The areas are clean and the outdoor areas are well taken care of. Neighbors were quiet and I never had any issues at all. Most tenants are families so you don't get the young student crowd you would get at other apartment complexes.
Location: Centrally located on Craycroft and Broadway I never had any issues finding something to eat or shopping spots. Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Target, are all at a 6-10 minute distance from the condo. Trident Grill and a great Vietnamese place are just walking distance from the condo as well as many other restaurants.
Packages: I never had any issues receiving packages or mail at the condo. Also, there's a Fedex office just at the corner that made it easier to send letters or packages whenever I needed to.
Uber Eats, Doordash, and all the regular delivery partners are available in the are in case you need to use them.
