Had a eye appointment and had to pick out glasses Maritza the retail supervisor helped me pick out my glasses I must say she is always so helpful and goes beyond to help her customers I have had such a good experience there, she is awesome!!

We went in yesterday, the women who helped us was rude, didn't explain anything with our insurance, she just assumed my husband was going with the same as 5 yrs ago!! And did everything then told us it was 165.00, we asked what that amt. Was for? Then she had attitude and unwrinkled the paper all mad that she had written on and showed it to us. We then told her to make adjustments to the fees, she completed our glasses then just handed my husband the the receipt. Not even when to expect the glasses!! Very unprofessional. We will pick up our glasses when completed and never return to this Visionworks!!!

Don't waste your time coming here. Unprofessional. They made me drive a long ways just to tell me they dont take my insurance. They said they would call and did not.
