Avoid this place at all costs. Incompetent staff who could care less about patients. I was given the wrong prescription for contact lenses. Called multiple times and was told Id receive call backs, never happened. Left work early and visited in person no doctor onsite and told theyd call me back that weekend. No call. Visited again on the weekend and they were CLOSED during normal business hours. Never heard from them again and had to use online eye exam to get my correct prescription renewed. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use Visionworks again.

Tried to call with a simple question. Was connected to the corporate website instead of the store and there was no option to get routed directly to the store. Was on hold for thirty minutes in phone tree hell before I got fed up and hung up. Not the first time this has happened either. Terrible customer service experience. Will not use them again.

Honestly the best experience I've had thus far at an eye doctor's. I went in very confused with my new insurance, and wasn't exactly sure on how it worked price-wise. From the start Abby, who checked me in was a total gem and very informative. She guided me in the best direction price-wise and quality wise. Dr Chung was so personable, friendly and knowledgeable. She is truly a kind soul who clearly goes above and beyond in her work. To top it all off at the end I had my last interaction with Madeline, she was such a doll again informative as well and very sweet. The prices were great, and the staff was amazing. I could not rave more about this place.
Truly thank you again for such an awesome experience.

I had my eye exam 2 years ago. The staff was VERY nice. Today trying to return a call for more than 15 minutes.. when I finally got through I could not hear the person on the phone she spoke in whispering tones , I explained that the only information that had changed was my apt # number and I had exactly 1 minute as I had been on hold for while and I had to go back to work I was unable to continue to talk . Before I could tell her anything else she disconnected the call I cancelled my appt immediately because I do not like rude customer service.It speaks VOLUMES about the practice ad a whole..
