So much to say about the service we received. From the very friendly informative phone call, the on time arrival, the cleaning was delivered as promised. The 2 cleaners who came got started right away, and never stopped until the job was done. They asked me to walk through the house and check their work, to ensure it was done to my satisfaction. Helping Hands Professional Cleaning Service, LLC is by far the best cleaning service that I have ever used. They are always on time, always pay great attention to detail, and they are very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding maid service!

Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. I'm a working mom with a busy life and this company failed to arrive on time twice. I waited and wasted precious hours in my day for nothing. Helping Hands Professional Cleaning was neither helping nor professional. This mom will be cleaning by herself for a while.

For me, Helping Hands Professional Cleaning Service, LLC have never let me or my home down. I trust them with keys to my home so that it can be cleaned while I am out running errands or at work. I have never had a problem with feeling like I could not trust the young ladies that would come to clean my home either. Most importantly, if I have a specific need or request that I would like to be done, I simply just have to ask! ( Well, or just leave the girls a little note with my request!) And I always return home to find everything spic and span and smelling wonderfully fresh! Now if you are looking for someone to come into your home and just go through the motions, then I would definitely NOT recommend this company. These women take great pride in what they do, and I am a firm believer that their name truly says it all. They have time and time again been my Helping Hands. Thank you ladies so very much!

I needed specific things done in my home. No problem. HH was more than happy to tailor a cleaning of my needs. Most companies have a set routine that's it, but not so with Helping Hands.
