We hired Rob W, owner to help clear out our house after a fire. He never completed the job although he collected the money in full. He had terrible workers and many expensive tools etc were stolen from our property. He use our flat bed trailer to steal all the wire in our house. It was a disaster! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST!!

Hired L&R One Stop (which also operates under the name "Wildermuth Construction) to replace a fence around our garden. The owner Rob Wildermuth responded quickly to our initial contact and visited our house to determine the scope of the job. He returned a day or two later to more accurately measure the fence and provide an estimate of the costs involved. We agreed on a price and I signed a "General Service Agreement" with him. I provided a downpayment of $435 (amounting to half the total cost) to purchase the required materials. It was at this point that the problems started. Despite promises to the contrary, I did not hear back from him for more than a week. When I eventually managed to contact him he made excuses claiming problems sourcing the fence posts and cross bars although these can be readily purchased from the usual big box suppliers. After a couple more weeks with me chasing him up he eventually indicated that now had the materials and would be start the job the following Thursday. Sadly that day came and went with no sign of him. Since then (which was close to a month ago) I have tried to contact him by phone and text message on numerous occasions with no response. Although I would still like him to complete the agreed work, suffice to say, I think this unlikely and have begun the process of preparing the necessary paperwork to make a claim for the return of my deposit through the Small Claims Court. Based on my experience I would encourage others to exercise caution when dealing with this individual and his various companies.

paid rob in advance $200. left message with him to please call me yesterday did not now want my 200.00 returned so i can find a cleaner who will answer my calls

L & R One Stop LLC has been doing our cleaning for several years. We are greatly pleased with their performance. They are honest, dependable, and reasonable in price.
