Michael responded same day for our A/C problem, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired. Offered to conduct our fall check up on the Furnace as well. Great results, clear descriptions of the issues and repairs, great customer service. Highly recommend Capstone Cooling and Heating

A first! …I had never before been satisfied with any company’s air-conditioning work until I used Capstone. For a bit of history ...I’m an electronics guy, and as such I had been nursing my air conditioner along for 16-years. But, the compressor finally succumbed to age and failed last summer; the motor windings opened. On a friend’s advice, I contacted Capstone. I asked the company to install a complete new system including the outside unit and the inside exchanger, blower and furnace. There were many challenges presented because of the shoddy installation executed by the original homebuilder. (“Shoddy” is not an opinion unique to me, but shared by several A/C technicians who saw the system.) The setup also had to be updated to use the new style Freon. Anyway, Capstone completed the job in a timely and professional manner. The system has been running flawlessly for a year, so I am now offering my review. I would not hesitate to use them again. However, I don’t think there will be a need for very long time. --Bill

The servicing of my HVAC unit was done in a very prompt, thorough and professional manner. It is a real pleasure to deal with this company -- to know you have someone you can count on to be honest and reliable and to take pride in the quality of their work. I strongly recommend Capstone to anyone!
