Not pushy, very courteous and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and give me the best deal possible. The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Took my Acura MDX in for new struts, which is no fun. But, the team of Chapman Acura made it as painless as possible. Zach checked me early and the initial diagnostic appointment took an hour just as promised. Then Rene walked me through what needed to be done and some other options of things I might want to consider having done. There was no pressure, just information.
Because the work was extensive they gave me a great loaner MDX so I could get to work and called to let me know it was ready even earlier than I expected.
Thank you Chapman Service for getting my beloved MDX back on the road - I highly recommend this professional team. I will be back!

Have been shopping for a crossover since February 2021. Low inventory and NOBODY wanted to work with us. Everyone was, "that's the price we're asking, that's the price you pay." Chapman has inventory and went old school, with a little back and forth to get the price we wanted. THAT is why we made our purchase of a 2022 RDX A-Spec. They made us feel like our business was valued, not just a number and another mark to gouge, while inventory is low.

3 months and they still havent sent the license plate, they told me its at their offices but they cant hand it to me. They also never answer the phone, or call you back. Would not recommend coming here.
