I give this place a 1 only because it’s a paycheck but honestly what they do not tell you there is no room for growth and the pay wages are horrible, people are not treat equally at this place and the upper management lacks effective communication especially Jim Reilly and Macias Francis and the shipping lead Franco, you barely have equipment to use the total day to day operations in this place is horrible very unorganized and is ran like a sweat shop don’t look for a raise because they will find a way not to give it to you they do not take care of there employees and the turnover rate is unreal tread cautiously at working for this company this is a real review and very factual

Well I do have Good memories and bad memories from this job...but it's a good place to work the only problem it's working with fiber glass very close and in summer.its a good place to loose weight jajajajaja it's hot..😂😱😭
