Many, many missing pieces. I don't think I can recommend this product because of that. The company has worked with us but it's caused prolonged delays.

Great product, easy build. I only rated four stars because the instructions should not be generalized and only be specific to what you buy. Regardless this was a great buy.

This has been the worst customer service. I have been getting the runaround with this company for a week now. We placed an order on 6/23/2022 and today 8/1/2022 we still do not have a complete order. I was told the order was shipped on 7/28/2022 and the shipping company told me is was delivered on 07/29/2022 I then find out it was delivered to Versatube and now they are saying the order will be picked up by a different shipping company but can not tell me when or when I can expected to have it delivered to me. Not only have a missed work since the one shipper Versatube gave me told me it will be delivered Friday or Monday. Now I find out it was delivered on Friday to Versatube. Two days to take off work to find out no one know when it will be delivered to me. I guess since no one has any answers or can give me a date I am suppose to just wait around hoping I eventually get it.
