The service was good, and the food was good! Only thing was the ribs hardly had meat on it.

Long waits notwithstanding in the past, they've discontinued many popular items and have neglected to remove them from their menus, both online and in store. The resulting confusion meant I had to wait an extra thirty minutes (past my already 20-minute wait) to get my substituted food. Don't go here. Visit Rudy's at Gateway Crossing instead.

The store was freezing cold! I mentioned it to the lady behind the register. She just said, "Yeah...it is kinda cold in here." I ordered polish kielbasa sausage (not spicy) with green beans and Mac n cheese. We paid, and the other employee came down to the register to tell us he "accidentally put in the spicy PK. We don't have any of the regular PK". I asked if he could put in the other sausage, and he said it would take 23 mins. I ordered pulled pork instead. While we were waiting for our food, the cashier came to tell us they were out of green beans. I said I'll take creamed spinach. She said, "I don't think we have any." I asked her to tell me what they did have. She excused herself and came back with the short list. I ordered potato salad. Now my order is pulled pork, Mac n cheese and potato salad. The pork was dry. The Mac n cheese pasty and the BBQ sauce barely warm. My husband's chopped brisket sandwich was barely warm. His BBQ beans were cold. The coke even sucked. It needed more syrup. All of that fun cost us $30! We won't be back to the Tolleson location.
