Walked in about 2pm to grab something before work. About 3 managers outside conversing, 2 employees inside. Walk up to the counter and stand there for about 5 min before 1of them says we'll be right with you. The store was empty, I was the only customer. I said ok, no problem. So now 10 minutes later I'm still standing there and no one offered to help me so I walked out. Not 1 of the managers outside asked how everything was. Definitely won't be back to this location.

While typically I refrain from writing reviews this particular instance was baffling. Alfonso the â€œmanagerâ€ at the time refused to make our mobile order because the ticket never came. While I understand technology has its issues I was able to provide an order confirmation and bank statement and he continued to refuse service. I will no longer be visiting this location as itâ€™s not the first time that Iâ€™ve walked into this store as the employees do not welcome us in nor do they make an effort into being polite.
