        I absolutely love the style and feel of this building. Each suite is uniquely different and tailored to your business needs. It accommodates many unique businesses and is perfectly located in the middle of the city. I have clients from Chandler, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe that find it easy to get to. The owner is directly involved and will work hard at giving you a fair market price and meeting your aesthetic needs for your suite, the grounds and landscaping are well maintained and plenty of parking for your customers. The only negative is the exterior paint. It truly needs an update with a fresh coat of paint. Other than that....It's an outstanding place for any business to thrive
