Jillian is the absolute best. I would recommend her to anyone looking for hypnotherapy, life coaching, trauma, play therapy or somatic experience services. In fact, I would recommend her to anyone looking to better their lives for that matter. She has helped me and our family immensely with Stress & Anxiety. I have told many people about her services & know she has definitely helped a couple of my friends as well. I very highly recommend.

We started seeing Jillian for my son because I felt her practice aligned with our values. My son has a few self regulation issues and he needed guidance processing 2020, as we all do! He has had less issues arising at school and although I feel he still has a way to go and I feel the work they are doing will be seen more in time. He truly enjoys going to his sessions and he feels he is gaining skills and confidence by going.

I've been seeing Jillian for 8 months and it has been life changing. She has helped me work through my childhood traumas which has severely impacted my postpartum anxiety and anger. The first session was beyond healing. Jillian creates a safe, welcoming, and trusting environment that really fosters healing and growth. My son has been seeing Jillian for child centered play therapy for 5 months. He'll be 3 in a couple of weeks and I am so thankful that we started when we did. Since seeing Jillian his language has exploded, he's able to work through big emotions that come up for him, he's taking redirection and is able to choose more appropriate ways to get out his feelings, and so much more. Jillian has helped his father and I be better parents to him and she gives us ways to help make us feel more successful as parents. I truly dont know where we would be without Jillian and her support. She has truly made a huge impact on all of us and I am so grateful to the work with her helping me the entire way.
