I went into this coaching relationship knowing that I had some deep anxiety to work through. In our sessions, Lua helped me to uncover and see the root of my worries.
We created actions steps, breaking it down into "bite-sized pieces" so that over the course of just a few weeks I could build up a movement practice that helps to stabilize/reground my nervous system. Through this experience, I learned to check in with my body more and listen deeply to it. I now have a morning movement practice which starts my day in alignment with bliss. Thank you, Lua!!

I am so impressed with Lua! She is truly gifted and helped me and my newborn so much through the bodywork she provided us. I didn't know what to expect, and both times I saw her I left completely in awe of what she brought out in me and how it helped me heal. She is professional, kind, and so great at what she does. Lua Zawacki is the most amazing woman I know! She is a mom, a wife, a teacher, a healer, and an amazing friend, amongst many other things!! I am so grateful to have her in my life!!
I initially came to Lua for my daughter, to help her with a past trauma. I learned so much from Lua, and realized that, as a sensitive soul, I needed healing from my daughter's trauma as well. I then started to see Lua and learn from Lua.
It only took 2 visits total from my daughter to be healed enough from her trauma to be okay with going to school.
Lua was amazing with my daughter, who was 7 at the time. She listened, repeated back, echoed, and joyfully interacted with my daughter. She also taught me new skills of how to calm my daughter.
Lua also taught me a lot about myself, and she inspired me to want to become a healer myself. She encouraged me to write my first book, Rainbow Food Rocks, and she checked in with me to see how I was doing during this book-making process.
She opened me up to the world of doTerra essential oils, and how oils could be used for healing.
She also introduced me to Reiki and taught me Reiki 1. (I will soon be doing Reiki 2 through Lua.)
Through all this, she also became my soma/sensitive soul coach, and she guided me back to homeschooling my kids. I am very grateful, because I feel much more comfortable about being home with my kids.
Lua's office is so peaceful. It's like walking into a magical garden of serenity. She uses food-grade DoTerra essential oils to help establish the necessary mood for relaxation. It's absolutely heavenly!
Lua is kind, professional, punctual, loving, caring, and full of bright energy.
I truly recommend Lua for anyone of any age who is a sensitive, needs healing, needs coaching, or even just needs to relax and find peace.
