Their detailing on the new homes is not what you’d expect, during final walk they do not let the buyer tape their product, there’s paint on the stairs carpet, the tile backsplash has grout gaps, Schluter is not uniform, they use poor quality tile that has cupping that they won’t address and they left extra material that is sized incorrectly in the garage. Love the home but as a contractor myself I firmly believe you live and die by the details and theirs missed the Mark.

I waited about a month for a job position only to find out they couldnt hire me in the end. Kind of a waste of time.

They have built an eye sore in the Foothills next to the YMCA. I feel these homes are cheaply built and have no creativity. They have been doing construction for over a year now and have only built 4 homes. Very displeased with the appearance of these homes and feel is has reduced the value of everyones home. The people at the top need some help it seems.
