        I hadn't had Steak and Shake in years. My daughter and I decided to spend the day on Mill Ave. After seeing some sights, we decided to stop in this location and we were very pleasantly surprised. It was very crowded, but we got our order pretty fast, and it was correct. They also serve beer (for a very decent price).

        Came from out of state. Had a disagreement with friend that Steak N Shake is better than In N Out. This Steak N Shake had no soda available so they gave me a water bottle in stead of a refund. There was also a hair in a milk Shake. Blaring music. And low quality food. Won’t ever go back. Would never recommend.

        Staff was lacking motivation. A few were acting funny with myself n guests. Food was hot n ready. But noticed patty tasted like water towards the end.. Grossed me out. Never had a problem before.
