Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

This food is really not good. I was very excited to try and starving and I cant imagine worse wings and burger. Fries were rubbery and barely cooked.

Placed an order via Uber eats at 8pm from this place and the restaurant cancelled my order 2 minutes after. Reason for cancellation is theyre too busy.

I am very disappointed. I had high expectations and I was given unseasoned and unflavored food. The fries had no taste not even a pinch of salt on them and the boneless wings had absolutely no flavor even though they were covered in sauce and was medium heat. I highly do not recommend going here especially if you are on vacation, not worth the money.

Update: had to repost my review cause the owner is trying to hide my review I think. Another update: Ive spoken with other people who visit both Fatburger and Subarros for lunch a lot and theyve both heard and seen Delilah degrade and disrespect her employees. Wrote a 5 star review of this place 7 months ago but its gone down hill since then. For starters, management has gotten really bad. A kind GM known as Dan used to be in charge, Im not sure what happened to him, but they ended up hiring the woman who worked at the place connected to Fatburger, known as Delilah. On multiple occasions, Ive Delilah verbally abuse her employees, she shows up to work smelling like weed and is very disrespectful. Since Delilah took over, theres been a lot of shady stuff going on I feel. I also no longer feel comfortable going here to eat because she makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. She also tried to actively replace someone I knew with another worker at a different restaurant in the mall. I visited this place frequently within the last seven months I made my review and it has changed a lot. The female assistant manager has gotten a lot better, And shes been doing fantastic but there used to be an older gentleman that was also an assistant manager, that they got rid of and replaced with a younger gentleman who was fantastic. I want to note that the younger gentleman was an MIT at the time. Both these male assistant managers were amazing and very hard-working. So its a shame that neither of them are working there anymore. Some of the workers I know are actively trying to find new jobs because of how toxic the work environment is. I thought about applying for this place a while ago. Im glad I never did because that wouldve been a mistake. The stories I heard from friends that work here is crazy, like the fact that there are rats in the back of Subbaros or however, its spelled. That for one is a health concern, now I have personally never seen this in person, but I have seen photos from friends used to work at Subbaros. And again these two places are connected. Corporate obviously has favoritism going on because the stories I heard about Delilah from my friends that used to work here baffles me, reminds me of a district manager I had at a very old job that was very crooked and corporate would do nothing despite all the complaints. Is there fear mongering going on? Needless to say, do not work here its a very toxic environment, food is eh. Corporate really needs to get their act together and stop playing favorites with their workers and actually follow their own guidelines. Hopefully this place will get their act together and fix stuff but until then, I will NOT recommend any of my friend, family, and folk in the area to work or eat here. Its truly a shame. This place has gone downhill. Especially under the new GM. I truly hope they will take this review to consideration and fix things because Fatburger here at Arizona mills used to be very nice. Sorry if I sound like a broken record, Im just sick of seeing people like the female gm get away with the twisted stuff shes doing.
