Treat employee like a third world country. Employee got 10 minutes break. No New Year holiday and no Veteran Day. No benefit whatsoever. When ISO came to inspect Chong Cho, Su and Armida Mckenny will train employees what to do and what to say to ISO personel. They lies to customers all the time. Chong Cho, Su and Armida mistreat employee but if any employee found out, they will find way to kick them out of the company.

I worked at First Electronics, Tempe, Arizona for 7 years and I resigned on July 2013 because the company immoral practice. Chong Cho is the president and she is the evil one. Chong Cho advised Armida Mckenny, Robert and me to lie to customer as we can. Every time customer come to visit First Electronics in Tempe AZ, Chong Cho will tell employees to clean up, hide products upstairs stop doing what they are doing and pretend to do the thing that is looking good in customer eyes. Chong Cho's daughter Sumi is the wicked one just like her mother. She is talking very innocent but she will stab the people in the back. She bought a very cheap insurance for employees. On December 2012 I went to the Doctor for routine check up and I had to copay $182.00 because of shitty insurance coverage. She cheated on many customers like Southwest Wind Power, Qwest, Microcom, Buggy Light, Microchip by let un-trained employees to do the job and switch and replace cheap electronics components for customers. Robert, Chong Cho, Armida Mckenny and Sumi was fighting all the times verbally. Most employees working for First Electronics are from Vietnam and don't speak good English.
