        Unprofessional. I just asked miss Rose why I've been overcharged. She didn't know and keep saying its what show on the system but why she didn't know. And even not in nice way and three other ladies there they can't figure out why I've been over charge. What a joke

        Rushed here after work hoping theyd still help me since it was almost 8pm (closing time) and James was still very kind and patient. He helped us so much. So thankful he was there. Great service!

        Great customer service and great store. From the mgr to Arrison who stepped in and took great care of me with my new phone set up and data transfer which I definitely wouldn't have been able to do on my own. I felt very comfortable in the store and asking questions.

        The rep tried to force me to purchase accessories that I didn't want stating I had to get the bundle that included the charger, case and screen protector or else I couldn't get the phone. This is unacceptable sales behavior no one should feel pressured to buy accessories to get a phone. I called customer service and they verified that you are NOT required to purchase accessories in order to get a phone. DON'T GET SCAMMED !
