We contracted with Shower and Bath in May of 2019 to remodel our kitchen. Lon did a terrific job of designing the project. High quality staff that arrived on time, re-model workmanship (for the most part) was very good. Only one issue...the finish on the cabinets which are white, started turning yellow within 18 months. The finish in several areas needed to be repainted which I have done myself with extra paint left with us after completion of the job. More work needs to be done. At this point, we are talking about having them completely refinished only after 32 months. Sad. Service: Remodeling

We've done two major remodels (kitchen and master bath) with Shower and Bath Connection (SBC) over the last 10 years, and we highly recommend them.  The owner, Lon Lisback, was very involved throughout both projects, from design, material selection, estimating, demolition, installation, and fine-tuning.  The attention to detail was very evident, as well as the care his crew and subcontractors showed in every step of the remodels.  The workers accommodated our little tweaks along the way without any fuss, and we finished both projects on time and on budget.  As for after-installation service, we recently had one of the handles of the shower valve fixture start to act up.  I called SBC to ask what the warranty was on the part, and without question, they scheduled a visit to the house and fixed it right away without charging me for something they'd installed over 3 years ago.  Wow!  We are very happy with the way the remodels have gone and would highly recommend Lon and his team.

Shower & Bath Connection has done four major remodeling projects for us between 2011 and 2020.  That includes complete (down to the studs) remodels of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and the exterior of our house, as well as the addition of a new large en suite.  In the process we had ceilings raised, new floors put in throughout, walls removed (and added), and what could only be described as a complete overhaul and upgrade of the entire house, inside and out.  We've heard contractor-related horror stories from friends, but we we had no such thing with S&B.  Lon and his crew, including subcontractors, were exceptional every time.  Indeed, Lon is amazing!  Quality and customer satisfaction always came first, and the end result turned our rather average 1950's house into the crown jewel showcase of our neighborhood (and beyond).  We can't say enough about how easy Lon was to work with, how professional and courteous he and his crew were, and how excellent the results were.  He even got everything done ON TIME, every time.  I've met few business people with as much honesty and integrity as Lon.  We highly recommend Shower & Bath Connection.  We gladly give it 5 stars -- If we could give more, we would!

Lon completely rebuilt the bathroom wall in my mother's house after there was water damage to the framing and structure (damage from the original build--not caused by Ron -- just to be clear). He managed to save the tile and bathtub in the process and rebuild everything meticulously to look like new. There were heavy glass tiles in the wall arranged in an artistic pattern that Lon was able to duplicate. Both the exterior and interior paint were matched perfectly so you can't see where the original parts of the house ended, and the new repairs begin. My mother has very exacting standards, and Lon managed to surpass her expectations. Lon is very professional, conscientious, shows up when he says he will be there, and is a pleasure to work with. We can't thank Lon enough for the great work. Highly recommended! I just had my kitchen remodeled by Shower and Bath and I couldn't be happier with the process and the results. Lon and his team are terrific. Lon helped me with product choices and has a great eye for detail The team came on time and finished on time - something that not all contractors do. This is not the first time I used Shower and Bath for my remodeling. Lon also remodeled in the past both my bathrooms and all my floors. He stands by his work and I would use them any time and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable contractor who does excellent work.
