I left a message regarding an inquiry to build out an ADU in my back yard with a receptionist. Even though Scott's company is limited to the East Valley, he gave me a call back explaining that he could not work in Glendale because it would be cost prohibitive to do so. Regardless of a logistics problem he called me back to inform me of this and answered a ton of questions regarding my endeavor, even though he knew he could not receive my business. There are not that many people these days that would spend time and call you back, this shows his integrity in business. Again, thanks for answering my basic questions and the referral Scott.

Scott and Lorrie were very easy to work with and we were extremely pleased with the quality of their work. Lorrie has an excellent eye for design and the work was done well and on time! From start to finish, working with Scott and Lorrie was a 5 star experience. After an exhaustive search, we chose Hochuli Design & Remodeling because of their professionalism, attention to detail, expert level craftsmanship, and beautiful design aesthetics. We also didn't want to go with a cheap option that we knew we would regret later. We wanted experts because this is the home we plan to stay in forever. So, with high expectations and an abundance of trust, we left our home for 8 weeks (exactly what they estimated) and came back sight unseen, to view the finished product. Of course they kept us up to date on a weekly, if not daily basis, with photos and conversations with the Sean, the project manager. To say we were blown away with the results is an understatement! I still can't believe I live in such a beautiful house and have Scott and Lorrie to thank. It was worth every penny.

We hired Hochuli Design & Remodeling to do a pretty big job for us, updating a mid-century house in Tempe. The design phase was enjoyable. Lorrie did a great job understanding our sense of style to come up with a plan for a kids bathroom, entryway storage, new fireplace facade, dining room, and of course a beautiful kitchen. Decisions were made in a timely fashion and they were willing to modify the plans a couple times to get the budget into our preferred range. Construction went smoothly and quickly and we appreciated the daily reports made available to us. In addition, the billing was handled in a very organized and convenient way, with electronic payments made easy via their website. All in all we are very happy with the way the house turned out and we would use their services again if we ever needed to do another project. We have a home in Arizona and another in Wisconsin, and like so many other "snow birds", we spend half the year in Phoenix for the great weather! When we were hear last winter, we hired Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team to "do their thing" for us while we were gone. We had some conversations with Lorrie and basically told her to "do her thing". She ran stuff by us, but her ideas and suggestions were "right on" and perfect. And after the design stage, Scott takes over with the construction end. They have a great working website that posts their calendar for the project, and pictures get posted every day of the work that was done that day, and the logs tell us what is going to be done tomorrow. It was fantastic to watch it happen from afar. And when we finally got back here December 1st, we were blown away by how beautiful it was. We couldn't be happier. Scott and Lorrie are fantastic. Thank you for our beautiful winter home!
