If I could give zero stars to a mediocre bank it always appears that it is open on Saturdays and it is not like that, a bunch of mediocre people.

Wells Fargo in general has gone straight downhill. This branch is a testament to it. But honestly its the same as every branch. Corporate doesnt help with all of their policies. But if you want access to your own money or really to get anything done, run far away from Wells Fargo.

I have been a customer since 2012. And I have received nothing but poor customer service. And when I expressed my concern to the lady over the phone. At the end of the phone call, she just hung up on me. At this point I am done and I will be pulling all my money out of my accounts tomorrow and I will never be returning to Wells Fargo. Do yourself a huge favor and go to a different bank. They Do not care about your concerns. They are only interested in protecting themselves.

I closed my business accounts and Wellsfargo issued me checks from the balance left from the business accounts. I went to this location with the intention to cash out my two checks and spoke with the teller. She asked her manager and I was told I need to call online banking and asked for re-issuing the checks to my personal names in order to cash out my check. Then when I called wellsfargo online, guest what, they told me I had to be at a branch and cash the check. They won't do anything from their department. This is such a waste of my time going back and forth. Listened to the useless instructions and not even know which instructions to follow. So freaking confusing to me. I closed my accounts with them for this reason as well. Just ridiculous, period!
