If you are going to get a home loan, this is the place to go. I worked with Sean, loan officer, he was outstanding. He got me a great rate, he stayed on top of the paper work. If he didn't answer the phone right away, he would call me back later that day or the first thing in the morning. He answered all my questions. He'd give me periodic updates throughout the entire loan process without me having to pester him. I was extremely impressed with his work ethic.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Bank of the West for including me to work under the absolute BEST Management I have ever worked for in my life. The management on the 8th floor have allowed me to breathe life again. They have been superior examples of true leaders working towards a better experience to benefit their customers and their employees. This is personal to me as they have treated not only myself but each and every employee equally and individually and without judgement or prejudice. I personally thank you for your goodness and kindness to me in every way. You are loyal to me and your leadership skills changed my life for the better.
