Extremely disappointed on the service from last night. I waited for over 45 minutes on line with 5 ahead of methere was only one person working the counter with the rest of the staffing (3) walking back and forth from the front into the back. It looked to me the staff was in a fog and working extremely sloweven there walk was slow. It took a gentleman walking in to state you need to work faster. Finally, the team came out to service the counter. Overall, I enjoyed the ice cream

Kind of dirty place. Look up at the vents above where they keep/serve the ice cream and its full of dust. You can tell the ceiling hasnt been cleaned in ages. How they pass inspection is beyond me. The thought of all those dirt floating right above the food.

Some worker name shonda or sharonda or something she was very unprofessional, she was being very very rude,she also snatched my credit card out my hand. Shes just very rude her tone was not good at all.

Enrique was amazing and very personable! I loved his ice cream scooping skills and flair! Thanks so much for taking care of us and making our dessert experience a fun one with excellent service and great quality ice cream. Best place and employees in Sierra Vista
