In the property management world, all of the contractors Kern Realty uses are top tier and they get any needed repairs addressed same day or next day, in most cases. Kern Realty takes clients and tenants texts and calls, around the clock, including nights and weekends. This Real Estate Office is truly a gemstone in the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona. It is people and businesses like this, which makes the Town of Fountain Hills so beloved, where people move in and never leave the town again. If you have a property you wish to rent, you would be absolutely crazy not to list it with Kern Realty. If you have a home you wish to sell, you would be absolutely crazy not to list it with Kern Realty. As a retired real estate developer and homebuilder, I can tell you from decades of first hand experience, it simply gets no better than Kern Realty.
