        Landmark Title is the worst title company I've worked with. This is my 3rd home purchase and I regret not doing more research on the title company. They are exploiting the pandemic and charging "mobile" fees. Beware and never use this company.

        Don't ever use this company! Through my entire closing I was on top of Landmark to give them everything they needed and we still closed a day late. That happens however after a month in this home I learn that landmark failed to pay my homeowners insurance premium. When I spoke to Landmark I discovered they also took half of what was needed for the year of insurance and blamed the lender. When I called the lender they had my exact insurance quote to the penny and said this was the amount given to the title agency that was needed for the year. I've purchased 6 homes in my adult life and Landmark has been by far the worst title agency.
