Such a clowns, they don't know what they are doing. They hire people who are unqualified and don't even them tools to do their job. Never ever going to business with them!

In the middle of two deals with them and escrow is impossible to get a hold of. Closing has been scheduled and canceled multiple times because paperwork is incorrect and then no one answers the phone to get anything fixed in time to close. Ridiculous. It's very clear why Zillow lost millions with this home-buying and resale scheme - the people they have hired to handle their backend operations are completely useless.
