Working with Shawn exceeded all of our expectations. We were new to Arizona and he painstakingly drove us around Phoenix/Scottsdale, educated us on the neighborhoods, and provided sage wisdom on the market.Shawn stayed very patient when we changed our mind... several times! He also remained in contact after the sale and helped us navigate some challenges with the seller. We highly recommend Shawn!

I thought the young man that inspected our house was very professional, honest, and really helpful. I had Ryan inspect our house and he was awesome. Felt like I knew the guy for years in just a few moments. Highly recommend this young man and this company!

Shawn Beaird helped us purchase a home for our family of four. We were looking for something very specific since we have 2 little ones and wanted to stay close to our family in central Phoenix.
At one point we even asked Shawn if we were his only clients! He, and his team, were incredibly attentive, there was constant communication via email, texts, and in person property walk throughs. My husband and I were super busy homeschooling and working full time from home and what we most appreciated were the (almost) daily text updates from Shawn letting us know where we were in the whole process. Before finalizing the purchase, Shawn was an advocate and had our best interest in mind. He asked inspectors so many questions and broke down information in simple terms. This was especially important to us since we purchased an older build and knew it would need repairs, this specific information helped us decide whether it was worth it or not.
Shawn knows everything there is to know about a house, structurally and aesthetically. If you are a straight facts--no frills--no surprises kind of person, then Shawn is your guy!
