We are Wisconsinites who recently purchased a condo in Phoenix for our son to rent from us . We were on a very tight timeline and only had 2 weeks to find and buy the perfect place. Greg was awesome to work with. We found a beautiful place in the Biltmore District. We put in an offer and He got an inspection done right away, suggested contractors to do painting, HVAC, and electrical. All his referrals completed super work and we moved our son in by the time we flew back to cold yucky Wisconsin. He was very responsive to all my questions and concerns during the entire process. He's great at what he does and is honest, prompt and knows how to get things done.
