This was my first experience with Faira and I can truly say it was the best! Everything was handled with expert professionalism, timeliness and follow through! The inspection specialist and photographer were top notch! The photo's were so well done that I felt a bit nostalgic at having to leave this place I made into my own little haven. My realtor Maha Kapageridis earned every penny of her commission and then some! She kept me updated and on track! She was supportive, knowledgeable and very thorough! In the first week of my listing, I had a full asking price offer!Although I hope to never have to move again, if I do, I will use Faira and hope to have Maha on my side again! I can't speak highly enough about Faira and Maha Kapageridis! My wife and I heard about Faira on the radio and decided to look into them when we were ready to buy a home. Of the two options available for buyers, we chose Faira Essentials (up to 2% rebate after closing). Once we found a house we wanted, Maha wrote up a contract with our offer and was 100% involved from that point forward. We felt that she did a great job representing us in buying our home. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and always seemed to have our best interests in mind. Maha was also very available and quick to respond to our texts and emails, get documents put together, etc. At no time did we feel like we were getting service that was any less than we would have with a typical real estate firm. The only difference (and it's a big one) for us was that after closing, we were mailed a check for over $7,000. That's right, Faira rebates a big part of the buyer's agent commission to you after closing! That money covered our closing costs as well as some nice new appliances. :) For anyone looking to buy in the Phoenix area, I would strongly recommend using Maha and Faira Homes. When hiring an agent, choose the one who will provide great service AND give you a huge rebate after you close!
