We have been pool owners for over 40 years and have not had anyone better than Vince and his guys. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and dependable, simply the best people to have to maintain your pool!

For the first 2 years, all 5 star, we are snowbirds and must rely on honesty from contractors when we are away. last fall service went to hell ( while we were in Canada) sad, Vince the owner, great attitude, knowledgeable and caring, then all of a sudden< bad service. sadly In my 35 years of pool ownership ( various homes) most pool companies start out great, then slowly fade. In AZ there are more pool service companies vs available pools than any other state. just be honest, provide fair service, simple plan. sad you could follow that. Follow up to my review as Kangaroo just responded. I guess you should have responded long ago, as Kangaroo Pools did hire AZ Leak Pros, Vince dealt with them directly. they advised only problem was auto filler, which you replaced. Loss of water solved long ago, my frustration was many many messages to you, and none were returned. Pool Guy I have had since has been wonderful ( as you were in beginning) stay safe

With so many pool companies in the valley, I had been through several before finding Kangaroo. I am so glad I did. They do all the right things you want for your pool. They are always on time, you get the level readings in an email and the don't change you for all the little things that need to be done. They are the best
