Poor service & terrible communication

We've been really happy with Aqua Sentry since switching to them last spring. The weekly pool cleaning is reasonably price, quick, yet thorough, and consistently at the same day/time each week. We receive weekly reports and the few times we've had pool issues, their team has been responsive and great about communication. Can't recommend Aqua Sentry enough!

Used Aqua Sentry to quote out a replacement filter for my pool. Jeremy was extremely transparent regarding the current filter and proactive in identifying that the pool cleaner and adapter werent functioning properly. They quoted a fair price to replace the filter, cleaner, and adapter. The tech worked efficiently and Jeremy even stopped by afterwards to ensure it was all done properly and working as intended. Highly recommend them for all your pool repair needs. Will definitely use them again in the future

Unbelievable service! We needed a pool automation system and with low inventory, the Aqua Sentry team spent months looking for the correct system. From then, they quickly installed the system and spent the time teaching us how to use it. The customer service is unmatched! Always great to find a company who is happy to work and gets the job done right. Will recommend them for sure.
