Receptionist is rude. Probably going to miss my screening now. EDIT: Did end up missing my screening but not because I didn't complete my test. After 3 weeks, the same girl I had to deal with previously, canceled my test at the lab and they threw my sample away because she put it in for the WRONG test! I called several times, spoke to her once and she said she would call me back. She never mentioned she had my sample tossed and never called me back. She acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. Ended up dealing with a few other ladies at other locations and what a BIG change! They were very friendly! VERY helpful. Had my testing redone RIGHT at the Estrella location.

If I could I would give zero stars! STAY AWAY! My OB office had me walk a referral over to their Estrella office for weekly BPPs due to a high risk condition and took FOREVER to make an appointment. I was told I would be contacted either that day, on a Friday, or on Monday. This never happened. I requested an appointment on their website and still received no call. I called that Tuesday to wait 20 minutes to just get an answering machine... I left a message and still nothing. I get called over 2 weeks later before 8 AM to be told they can't get me in for another 3 weeks... They wanted to just schedule the one appointment. I asked about other locations and it was close to the same thing. This is ridiculous. Thankfully I've already gone to the hospital (although somewhat excruciating) twice to get them done. It may not be a great wait but at least I know I am going to be getting them done instead of being treated like I don't matter from Valley Perinatal!

Worst place ever! Run away now! The front desk girl was extremely rude. She was on the phone when I walked in so I didn't know when she was talking to me or to the person on the phone. Then I had accidentally signed the wrong thing on the paperwork and she was so annoyed with me. Then we go back to the ultrasound tech and at first she was really nice. Then she didn't know what to do because our baby kept moving around. She HIT my stomach three different times with the Doppler during our hour long appointment. She put so much pressure that it was painful the entire time. When she was finished with the ultrasound and going to check my cervix she told me to put my shirt down and take off my pants. I walked over to get some wipes and she says no I will give you some later. I told her I didn't want to put my shirt down because I was sticky. Horrible images!! Very unprofessional place!
