Appointment was at 9:05 and was asked to be here by 8:45am. I was. Sat waiting for 25 mins still not called approached the counter questioning what was going on. I was told their behind. They expected me to be here at a certain time but their not on time. Nor do they notify of running behind. Be thoughtful of patients and their schedules outside of appointments. It’s just common courtesy. We all have things going on and commitments not just you, the faculty.

Rude, all female staff that apparently everyone there hates their job! Plz quit and give someone qualified and deserving of employment in these tough times, the MRI tech who did not have a name tag and omitted telling me her name was especially aweful and when acing a face mask over my head somehow removed a chunk of my hair and then i said ouch and instead of apologizing blamed me for having my head placed incorrectly?!?! Because i get brain scan so often that i should know this??? Will never go back for anything there! Unprofessional and should stick to xraying veterinary patients not humans

I had a great experience! The staff are friendly, and I didn't wait too long in the waiting room.

I needed to have a mammogram this month I was able to get an appointment on Saturday which is fantastic. I went to the Mountain View location and Ashley was my mammogram tech. I had had a paracentesis on Thursday and my hernia was bothering me, so I asked her if I could get a stool or something to sit on while doing the exam, as it was painful to stand. She was more than happy to oblige. I was able to sit during the exam. I have lost a lot of weight and even though I'm skinnier than I used to be the exam was still not as painful as I was anticipating. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the exam and afterwards. Thank you very much, Ashley and SMIL for all your help.
