        Harsh employee that is mad at who knows what and thinks I was there to cheat and steal I guess. Trust your fellow humans or at least ask the right questions. I just showed up for a scan that was scheduled but bc the doctor that was on file didnt give a verbal and the order wasnt viewable, she wouldnt let me pay and get my appointment so I can have surgery. Im in pain. You arent the only one with problems. People like this make Scottsdale reflect poorly. I dont know what I did to offend this lady, but jeez. A verbal to get scanned? Oh and she gave me a if you dont do it in 10 minutes then your getting rescheduled ultimatum. There was 1 person in the entire clinic waiting room. Im used to seeing offices a lot busier so I know it was just a power play, but whatever. Is what it is. Going to try and avoid this SMIL in the future and go to another provider.
