I went to the Fastmed on market st. I have Covid w a wretched headache. Charged me $75 upfront. Got back there told me they cant treat a headache, gave me 2 tiny zofran to take. Theres nothing they can do they dont treat Covid? Zofran is known to cause headaches. As the so-called DR leaving the room states, it sucks getting older How is that appropriate, I have Covid? Why is age and remark even made? I leave and ask up front why Im charged $75 She states I was treated and I dont fit any criteria, how does a girl at the counter even know I dont fit the criteria? Out $75 for absolutely nothing. Sicker than sick w Covid. Stay away. Find a real legit Dr. office. Fastmed is a scam.

Worst telemedicine service ever! This is NOT a doctor on call; rather a useless practitioner who doesnt have the same authority to treat patients. In my case, the practitioner merely reviewed my medical historyshe did not help by treating me. Instead, she said her doctor doesnt allow her to treat me with my medical history over the phone, and that I needed to go into the office to be seen in person the next day. (Two big things wrong here: I completed my medical history on their app before the appointment, so why didnt their app reject me as a telemedicine patient? And secondly, FastMed billed me over $300 for what equated to a referral service for their officeI received no treatment although I was quite ill because they dont have actual doctors helping patients!) I immediately called another telemedicine service, Doctors on Demand, got an appointment right away, and spoke with a knowledgeable doctor who actually TREATED me so I didnt have to go out and get exposed to CoVid in a waiting room while my immune system was so compromised. I dont mind paying the bill when I actually received service, but billing sick patients over $300 when you have refused to treat them is just ethically wrong! Dont use FastMed telephonically unless you want to end up paying twice, and only for a referral service from them! Absolutely THE WORST!!!

Working for an employer who is trying to get someone to return a call so that I make arrangements to make payment. Apparently, they do not need our money. I have called at least 6 or more times and had to leave messages every time. No return call.

Twice I have scheduled appointments. The first time I was notified the morning of the appointment that the location would be closed and I need to reschedule at a different location. The second time I was not notified at all. I drove to the office and it was closed. A sign said they would be open that day. Doors were locked.

Please call me back. I'm wanting to report an incident with a woman named Kelly working at the location on 3rd st and bell rd. She works the front desk and shouldn't be. Please reach out to me asap. If I have to physically write a letter um willing to do so. Thia woman is disgusting and shouldn't be employed.
