CrossFit Infinite Strength

My husband and I love Hammer its like family and Micheal is one of my favorite coaches. Hes motivating, encouraging, knowledgeable and friendly. Its been a long road getting back postpartum but hes given me good scaling options, if I need them.

The gym was very welcoming for me as a drop-in! The coach, Michael, was friendly and structured the warmup well to prep me for the workout. The gym had all of the equipment you need and is spaced out well. Great spot with a great vibe! I highly recommend.

I signed up for the six week challenge and am more than halfway done. This is honestly the first time I've signed up for a gym and have looked forward to every workout. I look forward to becoming a lifetime member.

I have been doing F45 for about four months, and I love it. However, I wanted to add something new and challenge myself in a way I hadnt before. I had always wanted to try CrossFit and was impressed by the athletes. But I never quite imagined myself capable of doing it to its fullest. Now just felt like it was the best time to jump in and go for it. After researching local boxes, I found Hammer CrossFit, and Im glad I did. I worked with Tariq, who was so warm and inviting that any anxiety I had previously, subsided. I started with a seven-day trial, and I found the rest of the community and coaches to be just as warm and inviting. If you are brand new to CrossFit like I am, I highly recommend going through the on-ramp process. Its essentially personal training working with a coach for an hour for five days on all the foundational movements in CrossFit. I found it immensely beneficial! I worked with Tariq, and he helped me gain the confidence to do many of these movements, most I had never done before. There is a separate fee, but its well worth your investment. Bottom line, I recommend Hammer CrossFit to anyone- either just trying CrossFit for the first time or a seasoned CrossFit athlete.
