      image Ive now lost over 40lbs with Lucas and with his team of personal trainers and dietitian. His gym is super luxurious, he has his own fitness app for when Im traveling for work to stay on top of my workouts. Ive lost over 15 inches off my body and 11% body fat. Lucas is the best celebrity personal trainer by far.

      image Mr. Lucas James was instrumental in helping me look and feel great for my wedding.  Not only did he recommend and push my workouts, he didn't hold back on emphasizing the significance of a clean diet. Additionally, his dietician named Mary was great in trying to keep me compliant (which was a challenge from my perspective lol) Long story short, I am very happy with his team, and would recommend anyone to trust his words of executive personal training and wisdom.
