    Terrible organization, customer service, and products. They offer a subpar product with little to no support. When there is an issue, they do nothing to resolve it. I contacted them with an issue in August of 2021, and they still have not done anything to assist. In addition, once the service was not meeting our organizations needs and was not serving any benefit I called to end services as I needed to go with a provider that had a functional product. I spend over an hour on hold waiting for someone to help me. They told me if I wanted to end services, I would need to pay out the entire contracted amount if I wanted out of the agreement. I wanted out of the agreement as they offer a subpar product and many compteitors do it a lot better than them which helped my business grow. I went with another provider and am happy I did. I am still paying for this terrible service since they would not work with me to end the agreement due to their product not being of value. The new program we are using for our organization is 10x better than anything this organization has to offer. Don't waste your money like I did, and don't get into an agreement with them.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...two weeks and can't use the text function. They cost me thousands, offered one month free, and still have not been able to fix the problem. I am currently on hold for over 40 minutes for the second time today. STAY AWAY

    Our account was cancelled without warning, although we had a deal for $45 a month we were subsequently charged over $110. After calling support dozens of times we still got no help and it's almost impossible to speak to a manager. Very bad, would not deal with them again.

    We have been a customer of Nextiva for the last 3 years and in July of 2020 we contacted the company to have our service cancelled due to COVID 19. We were informed that they would not terminate our contract unless we paid the early termination fee. In fact the support person had the contract documentation number memorized "8.3" and proceed to read it to me. We asked for some relief due to COVID but was shut down and told there is nothing that can be done. We requested a call from someone in management which we did receive. We requested that our contract not be renewed and were promised that this would be the case. Now it has come to our attention that our account has been auto renewed, which is a violation in the State of New Jersey, that a consumer must be notified of any auto renewal over 12 months. It just sickens me to have to deal with this as we have emailed and communicated proactively back in July of 2020 right in the middle of COVID 19 to have our contract not renewed. Terrible customer relations. Cannot believe that a company of this size is still using this kind of strategy to lock in customers

    Do not use nextiva, they were unable to get a critical function working reliably so we had to switch vendors, we continued to use their service for the remaining contract term but missed the renewal date so they auto-renewed for an additional 36 months knowing we had already moved our business. The refuse to budge other than discounting the $3,000 early termination fee.
