    It’s easy to recommend a store when everything goes good. Everyone is happy. But, what happens when things go bad. Does the store make it right? Remember, this is not a Verizon Company store. They’re a 3rd party vendor. A middle man between you the customer and Verizon. Do you really want or need a middle man between you and Verizon. Experience and common sense say no. I recently had a very bad and costly experience with Bullfrog or whatever their name is this week. In the end it boils done to their salespeople not fully understanding the products and features they sell. They have a small staff, which limits their in store expertise. “Sure you can do that, this is what it will cost, no problem no problem.” “Even if there is a problem you can always return your phone within 14 days. “ Of course you won’t get your first bill until well after that, so by the time you find out about any problems it’s too late. Then the fun really begins, you’re at their mercy. Tone changes and it all your fault. There’s nothing we can do “you need to go to the company store to resolve that”. Really? I bought it here and now you’re telling me to go to the company. Of course the company store doesn’t want anything to do with it, because it was sold by a 3rd party and “3rd party stores are always creating problems and expecting us to fix them”. So now it’s pass the buck and a “he said she said” game. In the end the Customer gets the shaft. Lesson learned. Cut out the middle man and go directly to the source. Ask a lot of questions and trust no one. Have the sales person put it all in writing and explain everything several times. Ask to speak to the manager to verify what you are buying.     I HIGHLY recommend this store! Zach Hineman was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable about both Verizon products and services. He spent a great amount of time with me, answering all of my questions and then helping walk me through using my new phone and tablet that I purchased on the spot from him. The manager, Alex, was also extremely helpful and engaging throughout my time at the store. I applaud them both for their expertise, excellent customer service skills and all of their help.

    I visited Verizon in Scottsdale at Ancala on Via Linda and I felt welcomed right away when I walked in. Caleb greeted us right away and was very helpful in helping us sort out the best phones for all 4 of my family members. He went through the plan options and coverage and we found that Verizon gave us the most for our money in comparison to the other cell companies out there. What I appreciated about Caleb was that he was professional, took the time to explain the differences and options, and he didn't pressure us. I'll recommend him to all my friends and will also look into using him to help us with our business lines for my company. Great Job!
