I interviewed several attorneys before selecting Kristina Cervone at Cordell & Cordell. I knew I needed a tough attorney, as I tend to avoid conflict. Kristina was the obvious choice.
Kristina fought hard, helping me to secure my rights as a parent, and to fairly split assets and debts, all of which were contentious.
Kristina tells it like it is with no sugar coating, which is something I highly value. If you are like me, and you tend to avoid conflict but know you will be in a contentious divorce, Kristina is an ideal choice for an attorney.

I didnt think I needed legal representation as I went through, one of the most difficult times of my life. However, Christle Jones of Cordell & Cordell proved me wrong. She professionally took my lack of knowledge and concerns about legal separation and made recommendations that made me feel more in charge of the process. My experience with Cordell and Cordell proved to be the correct course of action. Highly recommended

My experience with Cordell & Cordell was excellent from the first phone call I made to them. The office staff was professional, courteous , extremely helpful,
and compassionate during this difficult time.
Even better was having Christle Jones as my divorce attorney. Christle is simply amazing. She's very intelligent, proactive, accessible 24/7, and worked very, very hard on my behalf. Also, I loved that Christle listened to what I had to say and always asked for my input. I am thrilled that Christle represented me, and would recommend her to anyone.

A lot of money when you can't even turn in evidence. It was near impossible to actually do anything at the office, even if you had an appointment and they knew you were coming. To make it worse, they'd still find a way to charge you for it, or find a way to get you there for things they'll never use and you didn't need to waste time or money with.
They literally had me go to meetings to do things we agreed upon, then change it, but still charge you for it. Then sight the same reason for said meeting a why. Okay. Well then, why didn't you stay the path? The reason used, they state I wanted it that way? Why would I want a bad path? No. I was polite and said thank you. I said I leave it up to you professionals to decide what's best. So you go against the changes that you recommended. Then you still charge me for the hours of a meeting you had me wasting time when I had other things to charge me on decisions you were not going to seriously follow through on.
Then, in court, you show up? I'm supposed to just not have representation if I didn't want the path? The 3 hours the other side was tossing it all to us, but we caught nothing because we had no evidence and the path was corrupted. Not to mention, the judge kept telling you what she wanted to hear, but you kept arguing a whole other point.
You are nice people but ineffective, bumbling, dishonest, and often times looked out of your elements. Great people to gossip with and revive supporting words. They won't actually do their jobs efficiently, nor effectively unless it's just a cut and dry case, though.
I wish them the best of luck in hopefully improving.
