The name is simply misleading. Within five minutes of our free consultation, Mr. PD wanted to know all kinds of Information on a parenting plan, and all these things to file with the court system. My ex and I have coparent it without any type of court involvement for over 12 years we only have three years left. We were trying to get up parenting plan in place just to keep things on the up and up in the last few years of high school. however we were hit with being told that if we wanted to change or if I wanted to take my daughter for a week we would have to inform the court Of the change. I thought this was a mediation so we can come to an agreement out of court terrible terrible terrible name for a business, and definitely was not happy with the outcome of the service. Once we said we didnt want nothing to do with court the man didnt want nothing to do with us.
