Rapid COVID Testing Clinic

Results came back within half an hour, so nothing to complain about the speed. However, the results did not show any information about the lab or facility, something that is required for traveling and entry into a lot of countries these days. The test result looked very basic, something I could've made myself. It was thus totally useless for travel. I've taken tests at many different labs throughout the country and have always gotten results with the required information on it. I tried to contact the lab through email, phone, and their online chat function to get it resolved but did not get a reply. In my opinion this is unacceptable if you pay $145 for a test that can be taken for free at CVS. For that price I expected at least some customer service.

Please avoid this clinic and safe money, time and nerves. My rapid PCR test was 250 USD. Despite all promises that the result would come within 24 hours I had no results even after 35 hours and which ruined my travel to Europe. I complained to the management - the response was that it may take 48 hours to get results in some cases. OK then. It has been 2 WEEKS now and I still have no results. I asked for full refund. Never got any response and never got any money. Day light robbery this clinic is !!!!

They charged me full price. Then billed my insurance and have yet to refund me. Many emails and phone calls with still no response from them. Guess they are just out to make a profit from Covid.
