I called this company after reading 5 star reviews to try to have them quote spot cleaning the carpet at work. It's a small business. They always answered the phone (never got voice mails) and they were straight forward about the pricing. They gave me a good quote and they communicated multiple times between the time of quote and the time of cleaning to make sure everything was all set for the cleaning. They came out on time, measured the areas of cleaning, and gave us a quote that was even better than before. Most importantly, they did a fantastic job removing the spots that had been there for years! I highly recommend this company for its quality work, good pricing and the effective communications! I love the job he did! He got me in the next day and the carpet was so clean and no chem smell, it was so soft when it dried.

Russ runs a 5 star operation. I had a carpet that had 3 days of my poor dog being sick on it and Russ had it cleaned up in 45 minutes.
He's a total pro. If he's booked, wait a day. He's worth it. Highly, highly recommended!

I searched online and saw they had the most 5 star reviews so I decided to try them. It was awesome. I am getting ready for a Holiday event with 100+ people at my house. Russ cleaned my carpets and couches (one of them white!) and they are spotless!!!! He was a PRO!!! Call them first!!! You will be happy you did. Gina

Bennetts is the best..... easy to get an appointment, on time and thorough. I had a sticky problem (lipstick in the carpet) and Russ got it out beautifully
