The owner came out this morning. He was on time and did an amazing job! He showed up on a holiday too! Incredibly personable. Explained upkeep and care for my carpets. I inquired about other jobs through out the house and he didn’t try to upsell anything, he was completely honest. I would definitely use this company again. The price is more than fair too. From the first call to Stewart I had the best customer service experience in a long time! I had told Stewart exactly what I needed done, that I had a lot of pet urine in the carpet I wanted to be taken out. He fully understood and gave me a good rundown of what he would be doing. A few minutes later I received a call from his wife to schedule the cleaning appointment and provide me with a estimate on cost. On the day of the cleaning Stewart showed up right on schedule and was extremely professional and kind. He pre-treated all of our bedrooms and area rugs before deep cleaning. I was thinking I was going to have to get new carpet in the bedrooms, however after Stewart was finished the carpets look and smell like brand new. I will most certainly be using this company again in the future not, only for carpet and area rug cleaning, but will be scheduling upholstery and tile cleaning. Highly recommend this company!!!!! I provided the below review 3 or so years ago! I had Stuart clean my tired, getting dirty carpet again today, 7/25/21. I would have done it sooner but the pandemic messed everything up for over a year. All I have to do is copy and paste my 3 year old review from last time because it still applies!!! So, here it is!!!! I have had many different carpet cleaners over the years trying to find the one who cleans well at a reasonable price point. I had Done Your Way Carpet and Tile Cleaning clean my carpets this past Sunday and my search is over! Stuart and his company are by far the best cleaning and most reasonable carpet cleaners I've ever experienced. My carpet has never looked so good! High traffic areas were cleaned and fluffed up to look like new. Stuart is very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. A pleasure to do business with. If you want a great carpet cleaning at an affordable price then I highly recommend Done Your Way Carpet and Tile Cleaning!! Service: Carpet cleaning
