This insurance company if I got the right one is in a lot of trouble they wrote a policy for my friend's property then they canceled it and took it from full coverage to just liability but then did not send my friend and notice of this and then the building burned down so now I have to deal with these people to see how we're going to get a building out of them I'm probably going to have to hire a lawyer let me see how they have this on the deed you have to be careful with everybody today now I have to go after the insurance company and I have to go after the broker and I have to go after the person who bought the property from my friends it's just going to cost a lot of money hassle but at the end I hope we win if there's a good lawyer out there try to get a hold of me

We have only had this policy since November 2021. A month later I got an e-mail from our personal insurance rep stating that they were threatening to cancel our policy if we didn't answer the following 5 questions. After I had already made a $400 first payment to them. We were not notified at all by phone, mail or e-mail that they had any questions to be answered. We are a machine shop and answered everything asked and were specific as possible. We made our next payment and now I just got a letter in the mail stating that they are cancelling our policy due to "company request substantial change in risk" Nothing was changed or requested? They won't talk to the insured directly so now I have to wait on my insurance rep to call them with me on 3 way. Extremely unhappy with this company!! I would NOT recommend!
