Steven Terry: Allstate Insurance

I tried to add a car to my auto policy last week over the phone via the main number. When I got off the phone to screenshot the ID card, the new car wasnt added. I messaged support who couldnt help. I called the main line again, but it wouldnt connect. Tried to call my representative Steven Terry. He never called or emailed me back. 2 voicemails & 2 emails went unreturned. Called the main number again, the car wasnt added by the previous representative. This is dumb. Why should I stay after this?

I could not get a call back or an answer to my several emails. I am not happy with them at the moment!

I would not recommend using this company for any insurance. I had Allstate insurance in Texas for years and I was always pleased with my service. Since I was relocating to Arizona and had to work with an Arizona office. Allstate provided Steven Terry office information, but not only were they unresponsive but made numerous errors on the drafted policies. They never sent me the draft polices for review, and after calling the corporate office, I discovered the error. Even after calling and emailing, I have never heard back from anyone at the office. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
