        We had the best experience with Custom Air Ambulance when I needed to fly from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to Philadelphia due to an emergency where surgery was required. We contacted CAA at 10:00 AM and were on our way to Philadelphia by 7:00 PM that evening. CAA handled all paper work and all requirements necessary to complete the flight. When we landed in Philadelphia an ambulance was waiting on the tarmac to bring me to the hospital. The CAA medical team accompanied us to the hospital and made sure that the transfer went perfect. The people that we dealt with at CAA were the most professional and so nice which made my difficult situation into a very positive experience. My husband and I would highly recommend using CAA if you find yourself needing an air ambulance service.
